Liz was such a joy to work with! She was attentive, helpful, and personable. Prior to working with her, my 8 week old would “go to bed” around 7:30pm, and then be awake every 45 minutes until 1am. After working with Liz, he now goes to sleep without a fuss (just some cute cooing) at bedtime and all nap-times. My baby has early morning wake ups and I was starting to lose confidence in my ability to maintain our sleep schedule and not revert back to old habits.
